Yo!
Hot of The Press! Welcome to Generation X and hope you have a rockin' stay!Generation X:Uprise is located in Bayville, New York where Xavier's Institute is located. The site focuses more on the X-Men's teenage years and their adjusting to a world that despises them for what they are, mutants.

As hard as we try to stay PG-13, haha, we can sometimes get overboard with cussing/sexual content ect. So beware some of the site content can get rated R. We accept both canons and originals, but please look through the canon list and see if maybe you wouldn't want to adopt one instead of making an original.

Guests wont be able to see the whole board.

Short Bio:
Danny was born into a normal family who went about normal daily routines. His father, Joseph, owned his own construction company that aided in many of the city of Nashville's public structures and some restoration projects on some of the older buildings. His mother, Susan, was a stay at home mom. They were quite a popular family around their neighborhood, people coming to visit constantly and they hosted many holiday parties.

It wasn't until Danny was twelve that everything began to crumble. He began getting severe headaches which led to damage to the house and putting his family's lives in danger. It was clear that he wasn't "normal" anymore. Not to his parent's standards anyway. So they began hiding him away, pulling him out of school and having him home taught, and making sure he wasn't around when friends came to visit.

A year passed and Danny's brother, Chris, began showing some unusal traits as well. Their parents were in a frenzy. Taking them to various doctors to try and figure out what the problem was and hopefully cure it. As things began to become clear enough that their children were mutants they decided on turning them over to a government program that promised to help those "unfortunate" enough to be one.

Before this could happen, Danny packed whatever he could and took his brother with him during the night. They ran away from home. He had heard about Charles Xavier and traveled a long way to get to New York, but Chris had went his seperate way when they couldn't see eye to eye on how to handle everything. Danny didn't blame their parents for their reaction to them being mutant, but Chris did. And so he refused to follow the path his brother was walking.

Danny has now arrived at the Institute and hopes to better his knowledge and to better himself in accepting who and what he is.
