Welcome to the world of Prep School and College normally something only the rich, famous, and fabulous can afford but things have changed a little. The quaint sunny streets of Stratford, Connecticut are just as deceiving as the inhabitants. I'm sure you're thining whre the hell is Stratford and why would any one worth knowing live in Connecticut but most of their parents don't it's just an elite boarding school way off the radar. Sure any outsider peering in at this town with their nose pressed against the glass would say things looked perfect. For the kids of wealthy actors, producers, models and almost any other glamorous job you can think of life looks good. But really there is so much more than meets the eye. Sure not everyone here is as well off or beautiful as they claim but that's only part of the deception.

Enter the Insiders, a popular clique who rules the high school. For them Waverly Academy is the perfect place to be and what happens after here, well most of them haven't planned that far yet. Of course the Insiders know there's a cutie with a trust fund just looking for that Barbie so none of them worry much. For the Jocks and Preps you get pretty much the same response because they live under the sheltered wing of the Insiders, they are the accepted ones. But for everyone else well Waverly is practically a living hell. Not that they'd ever tell you that. Most of the students keep their mouths shut about the infamous Insiders hoping that people will eventually evolve past highschool pecking order. Too bad that a new elite college was recently built and most of the kids from Waverly High that are going any where are attending Waverly College only a few blocks away.

Insert the truth about Waverly Academy and Waverly College; things get a little hazy. The reality of it all is that the world of the beautiful can be very cruel. In any world money can by anything students have plenty of money. So that means full access to any thing these teens can desire. Most of all it means white lies, barefaced truths and don't forget course deception. This prestigious private schools accept mostly legacy students, with parents who came before them, but exceptions are made for those students who are gifted, financially that is. Oh know but we can't forget the scholarship kids or ones who you can't quite figure out how they got in but don't have squat, money wise that is.
